This data is sent via WhatsApp — we receive it as a WhatsApp message and use it solely to respond to your enquiry.

We use the information you submit exclusively to respond to your pest control enquiry, provide a quote, and schedule services if you choose to proceed. We do not share your data with third parties. We do not send marketing communications unless you explicitly ask us to.
4. Data retention
Your enquiry data is retained in our WhatsApp and chat logs for the duration of our service relationship and a reasonable period thereafter for records purposes. If you would like your enquiry data deleted, message us on WhatsApp and we will remove it.
